This Privacy Policy describes our rules concerning the protection of Data, in particular with respect to Personal Information we collect from or about you when you use our website and services. We apply a strict policy to ensure the protection of your data, as follows:

• We make sure your personal data is always safe.

Personal Information We Collect

The data collected on the Platform enables Soffiah to identify users directly or indirectly, and also enables use of the services offered by Soffiah (brand information, user uploaded files, publication of content and comments, etc.). This may include personal data such as company name, email address, or connection data such as IP address and browser data such as cookies.

• Account Information: When you create an account with us, we will collect information associated with your account, including your company name, contact information, account credentials, and transaction history.
• User Content: When you use our Services, we may collect Personal Information that is included in the input, file uploads, or feedback that you provide to our Services ("Content").
• Communication Information: If you communicate with us, we may collect your name, contact information, and the contents of any messages you send.
• Social Media Information: We have pages on social media sites like Instagram, Facebook, Medium, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. Your Rights

• Delete your Personal Information.
• Correct or update your Personal Information.

For security reasons, if you are asking to delete your data, a confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your Soffiah account. Please reply to confirm the deletion process.

Upon exercise of any of these rights, users must send Soffiah all elements necessary to their identification: account name, email, some form of identification of your business, and possibly mailing address.

Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by us, including social media services or payment services ("Third Party Sites"). The information that you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of those sites and not by this Privacy Policy. By providing these links we do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these sites. Please contact the Third Party Sites directly for information on their privacy practices and policies.

Security and Retention

Data we collect is securely stored on Amazon Web Services servers which ensure a high level of security.

Transmission of your Data via the Internet is secured via an HTTPS connection protected by an SSL certificate (SHA-256 / RSA Encryption). Access to your Soffiah account is secured by your username and password which must be strong enough and not shared. For access to your private images, the image link is only valid for 30 minutes.

The personal data collected by users is retained for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the disabling of access to the services offered by Soffiah, except for the data that Soffiah would need to keep as evidence, for legal or administrative purposes or in accordance with the legislation in force.

As an exception to the above, users are informed that:

• Collected billing data (including user account data on the Soffiah billing system) is retained for a period of five (5) years.
• Invoices associated with user accounts are retained for a period of ten (10) years in accordance with applicable law.
• Cookies are retained for a period of thirteen (13) months maximum after their first deposit in the terminal equipment of the user.

Cookies

Soffiah and its partners use cookies and tags to distinguish you from other users when using our website. During the consultation of our platform, information about the navigation of your device on our platform may be saved in "Cookies" files installed on your device, according to the choices you have made regarding cookies and which you can change at any time.

The cookies that we issue allow us to:

• Offer targeted ads tailored to your interests.
• Generate statistics and volumes of traffic and use of the various items on our platform, allowing us to improve the interest and ergonomics of our services.
• Adapt the presentation of our platform to the display preferences of your terminal during your visits.
