What is Soffiah?
Soffiah is an AI platform designed by marketers for small to medium sized businesses. Soffiah has been trained to help marketers and non-marketers build their content, plan their media and then analyse and optimise the content. Soffiah has been trained to think like a world class advertising agency, using best practices and ensuring the content in on-brand and results focused.
Why should I use Soffiah?
Soffiah was designed to address three fundamental challenges SMBs face.
1. Lack of marketing experience.
2. Lack of time to create marketing content.
3. Lack of money to hire marketing people and/or create expensive content.
How much does Soffiah cost?
We currently offer 1 tier option of US$29p/m, the features are transparently listed in our pricing plan. In future Soffiah will have 4 tiers of pricing available, depending on the business needs and affordability. All plans can be cancelled at anytime.
Will I be able to upgrade my plan at anytime?
Yes you will (once the other plans are available). You simple need to select the plan you want and then move over to the new pricing, this will unlock many new features and allow access to more users.
What currency does Soffiah accept?
We accept all currencies. All pricing listed is in USD, an exchange rate will be applied at time of purchase as determined by our partner Stripe.
How Image Generator Model Work?
Image generation models are trained based on a vast amounts of images and each images are labelled with their corresponding descriptions or features. Then the generation models will learn the patterns, styles, object relationships from this data, such as they learn what a “chair” looks like, how “houses” are constructed, or what colours and textures are typical for "beaches". During generation, where the user provide a prompt, the generation models uses what it learned during training to create an image matches to the prompt. For example, if you ask for a “a cup of tea sitting on the kitchen bench top”, the models will try to generate an image based on its understanding of “cup of tea”,”sitting”,”kitchen”,”bench top”.
Why do my results sometimes vary?
There are many number of reasons why the results could vary in quality from one prompt to the next.
1. The quality and diversity of the training data heavily influence the model's ability to generate good images. If the model hasn't seen enough examples of certain objects/scenes/ styles/relationships, it will struggle to generate them accurately. Also if the training data has too many images of certain objects/styles/people, the generated images will also reflect those biases, leading to skewed results
2. Sometimes complex or unusual descriptions in the prompt may confuse the model, resulting in unrealistic or odd images, simple prompts often yield better results.
3. Generation models are designed to generalise from the training data, however sometimes the model might overfit certain patterns/objects and fail to adapt to new, unseen scenarios.
4. Most generation models include some elements of randomness in their generation process. This randomness can result in different outputs even from the same prompt。
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will be able to continue using the platform until the end of your billing cycle.
What is the billing cycle?
Our billing cycle is currently monthly, however we will be introducing a yearly cycle in the near future.
What payment methods do we support?
Soffiah accepts all major cards and debit cards. Your payment is secured through our third party partner Stripe, with a 3D authentication for your privacy and protection.
What does Soffiah do with my data?
Only you are able to see the data you input into Soffiah. All data are strictly private, we don't share or sell any of our customer data to third party. Our platform is built on AWS and therefore maintains and upholds strict security standards and protection.
Do I own the content I create?
Yes. On the basis you are a paid subscriber you own that content.
Can I use the content I create for commercial purposes?
Yes. All content created by a user on Soffiah can be used for commercial purposes by that user.
What is the resolution of the images created by Soffiah?
We currently offer images in Landscape (1200x628), Square (875x875), Portrait (700x875) and Story (675x1200) formats. If you require higher resolution images, we offer an upscale tool that can increase the resolution unto 4K.
